- As a treatment, in case of illness, apply a treatment for 7 consecutive days
- During the competition season, to improve breathing and prevent inflammation caused by intense physical exertion, apply 2 days after arrival and the day before basketing.
- Dose: 50 drops of product (2.5 ml) per 1 liter of water
