We will provide a video that shows how to collect the necessary samples for the lab test. Once the samples are collected, We will provide you the shipping label so that you can print it yourself, paste it in the envelope and deliver it to the USPS office closest to your address. This shipping is free for you. Once received, we will start the process.

In a period of about 5 days (from the time we receive the samples), you will receive a detailed report with the results of the tests with an full report and recommendations to follow (if necessary).

How does the Test service work? 

➀ - Select and purchase the product. Selecting the number of samples you are going to send (the first sample is incluided in the price).

➁ - Ship the samples. We will provide you the shipping label so that you can print it yourself, paste it in the envelope and deliver it to the USPS office closest to your address.. The service will be started as soon we receive the samples.

➂ - Receive the test results. After carrying out the corresponding lab test, you will recieve the results together with a detailed report of the cause of the problem and the recommendations to follow (if necessary).

• General Tests: In 90% of cases, the general test provides all the necessary information to detect the cause of the problem and know a diagnosis. General test include:

- Tricomonas - Coccidios - Worms - Fungi - Streptococci - Staphylococci - Gram negative bacilus - Gram positive bacilus - Gram positive & negative coccus - Intestinal Giardia - Clostridium - Chlamydia

• Specifics Tests: For complex cases, the following specific analytics will be performed:

- Specific Lab Test for Pasteurela

- Specific Lab Test for Mycoplasmas

- Specific Lab Test for Salmonelas

- Identification of Bacteria + Antibiogram in biological product

- Identification of Chlamydophila

- Identification of Fungi

What are the tests advantages?

1. You will save time and money. In some circumstances, the symptoms are inconclusive and it is not possible to know a diagnosis; However, getting more information the problem can be determined and appropriate treatment established.
