How to order
Ordering at our website is just like buying it at a shop - you put the
item(s) you want to purchase in your basket, then go to the checkout to
pay. If you don't have an account with us already, you give us your
name and address, and you can choose whether you'd like to set up an
account and save your details. The very last step in the process is to

Track your order
If you have a MercaSystems account, you can track the status and
progress of your order. It's a very simple process and you can do It.
Sign in to your account by entering the email address and password you
provided when you set up your account. If you have forgotten your
password, use the password reminder or email us.
When you have signed-in to your account you can access any of the
orders you have successfully placed at MercaSystems. Each one has an
Order Summary page with absolutely everything you need to know about
your order: the order number and date, the cost and shipping status of
each item, the payment status and billing and delivery addresses. If
you need to keep an invoice or receipt, you can print a copy of this
page for your records.
Returns & replacements:
At MercaSystems we want you to be pleased with your purchase every time
you shop with us. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return
items, so below is our returns policy.We accept the return of all other items only if they are unopened and in their original condition. If you return goods, as detailed below, within 30 days, we will send you a full refund for the price you paid for the item.

Defective items:
You can always return items if they are defective. Please note: we only accept returns of items that have been opened if they are defective. Please see "To return an item" below for details of how to return defective items to us.
Delivery charges for defective items:
To return an item, use the following
link to request a refunf or replacements: You will be provided with
a Returns Number which you must include when sending back your order.
This Returns Number is a requirement for all returned orders - without
it we cannot provide a refund! Enclose a note giving the reason for the
return, wrap the package securely and send the package to the address
below. In the case of a defective product, please provide a full
description of the fault and return the defective item in its original
box (if any), with all warranty cards, licences, manuals and
accessories. Then send the package to the address at the bottom of this
page.Cancelling an item:
You have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any item
within seven working days of delivery. This applies to all our printed
products.To cancel this contract, please fill out the back of the delivery slip that accompanies your items, giving the reason for the return as "Contract Cancellation" and send it to us within 7 working days of delivery. You should then return the relevant item within a reasonable time quoting your name and the order number which appears on the delivery slip. Please package the relevant item securely and send it to us at the following address.
Shipping cost:
Shipping cost really depends upon what items you purchase and the total
weight of those items. To calculate shipping costs, please use the
online shopping cart by adding the items you want to your cart and then
